Hedera sues Hashgraph Association, Hashgraph Group and Hashgraph Ventures over $50M in disputed ecosystem grants

Hedera Hashgraph, LLC has filed a lawsuit in New York against The Hashgraph Association, The Hashgraph Group and Hashgraph Ventures, alleging more than $50M in ecosystem grants were committed without required approval and seeking return of unspent funds. The defendants issued an October 9 statement saying operations continue without interruption.
