HPQ Silicon in talks for 10,000 t/yr fumed silica plant in Middle East with existing PyroGenesis customer

HPQ Silicon says it is in discussions to build a 10,000-tonne-per-year fumed silica facility in the Middle East with an existing PyroGenesis customer. Management said the plant could be built ahead of its other proposed facilities.
