HUTCHMED doses first patient in Phase Ia trial of KRAS-EGFR antibody conjugate HMPL-A830 in advanced solid tumors

HUTCHMED said it has dosed the first patient in a Phase Ia dose-escalation trial of HMPL-A830, a first-in-class KRAS-EGFR antibody conjugate, in patients with advanced solid tumors, to determine the maximum tolerated dose.
