ICBA sues OCC over trust charters for crypto firms, says regulator overstepped authority

The Independent Community Bankers of America sued the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency over its granting of trust charters to crypto firms, accusing the agency of overstepping its authority. The OCC has approved 21 trust charters, 13 of them for crypto firms, Reuters reports.
