Iran's parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said Sunday that Tehran will "both fight and negotiate" and will keep the Strait of Hormuz closed until its seven conditions under the Tehran-Washington memorandum of understanding are met, including the lifting of the US naval blockade, the release of Iran's frozen assets and the lifting of sanctions on its oil exports.
