Iran says Strait of Hormuz stays closed, no nuclear talks until US meets conditions

A senior Iranian official told Reuters the Strait of Hormuz stays closed and there will be no nuclear talks or concessions until Iran's conditions are met, hardening Tehran's line after FM Araghchi offered a seven-day plan to reopen the strait if the US lifts oil sanctions and releases frozen assets. A US defence official told Al Jazeera sixty vessels transited the strait on Wednesday.
