Iran would block regional oil exports if its own crude exports are halted, MP says

Abdolhossein Hemmati, secretary of Iran's parliament Energy Committee, said Sunday that Iran would prevent other countries from exporting oil through the region if Tehran could no longer export its own crude and petroleum products, and that it would try to push global oil prices higher.
