Israeli forces carried out powerful explosions in Mansouri, south of Tyre, and raided Halta in Hasbaya, blowing up homes and abducting a man in southern Lebanon on Wednesday, according to Lebanon's National News Agency. The operations came despite an ongoing ceasefire.
