Israeli strikes, shelling hit southern Lebanon despite ceasefire; 4,386 killed since March 2, Lebanon's Health Ministry says

Israeli forces carried out air strikes, artillery shelling and machinegun fire across southern Lebanon on Wednesday, Lebanon's National News Agency reported, despite an ongoing ceasefire. Lebanon's Health Ministry says 4,386 people have been killed and 12,407 wounded in Israeli attacks from March 2 to September 17.
