J&J reports two-year ICONIC-LEAD Phase 3 data for ICOTYDE in plaque psoriasis

Johnson & Johnson announced new two-year results from its Phase 3 ICONIC-LEAD study evaluating ICOTYDE (icotrokinra) in adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. At week 112, ≥72% of ICOTYDE-treated patients achieved a PASI 90 response and ≥70% achieved clear or almost clear skin, with no new safety signals.
