Japan's Kihara says no plans for fresh release of crude from national reserves

Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Minoru Kihara said Monday that Japan has no plans for a fresh release of crude oil from its national reserves, saying the country has already released crude supplies, despite a G7 agreement to release 100 million barrels of diesel and crude.
