Japan, US, Australia and Germany issue joint advisory on North Korean hacking group WaterPlum's tactics
Japan's National Police Agency published the attack tactics of North Korean-linked cyber group WaterPlum in a joint document with the United States, Australia and Germany. The advisory says the group targets malware infections through fake recruitment exercises and that North Korean IT workers use false identities to win overseas contracts and earn foreign currency.
