Kenya government appeals High Court ruling cancelling 15% Safaricom stake sale to Vodacom

Kenya's government has moved to the Court of Appeal after the High Court cancelled the sale of a 15% stake in Safaricom to Vodacom. Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi says the government maintains the sale was legal.
