Kremlin says Metro temporary administration does not change ownership

The Kremlin said its new rules for temporary control of foreign firms' Russian operations, under which Putin ordered Metro Cash and Carry's Russian units placed under state administration, do not intend to alter ownership and aim to establish outside control. The decree places the German retailer's Russian operations under temporary state administration.
