Kuwait Central Bank launches KWPS wage protection and payment system

The Central Bank of Kuwait launched the Kuwait Wage Protection System (KWPS), a national system for protecting and paying wages, according to Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida. The system is intended to route wage payments through the central bank's platform.
