Libya restarted output at two small oil fields after reopening valves that members of a security force had shut earlier this week while demanding higher pay, following the halt at the Hamada, Al-Tahara and NC5 (Station 5) fields caused by the Petroleum Facilities Guard forcibly closing the Hamada-Zawiya pipeline valve. NOC had warned it may declare force majeure.
