Libya's NOC says armed group shut valve 7 on Sharara pipeline, warns of force majeure

Libya's state oil company NOC said an armed group closed valve 7 on the Sharara crude pipeline to the Zawiya export terminal on Monday, causing a sharp drop in output at the Sharara oilfield. NOC said continued closure would halt production at Sharara and disrupt transport and exports, and it may be forced to declare force majeure.
