Libya's NOC shuts a Zawiya refinery unit as armed groups keep Sharara pipeline valve closed

Libya's National Oil Corporation said it shut down one of the refining units at the Zawiya refinery because armed groups in the Petroleum Facilities Guard continue to force the Sharara crude pipeline valve closed. The corporation issued a warning over the closure.
