Liquid Network begins controlled resumption after hack; Aqua restores some swaps, 600 BTC still missing

Ten days after a hack of the Liquid Network, roughly 600 BTC is still missing from Liquid users, but the network has begun a controlled resumption, Aqua Bitcoin wallet said. Aqua has restored Liquid-to-Lightning swaps via Indra, subject to liquidity, and Liquid USDT cross-chain swaps. Blockstream has not paid compensation.
