Malaysia to temporarily exempt MSMEs from new minimum wage increase, minister says

Micro, small and medium enterprises will be temporarily exempted from Malaysia's new minimum wage increase, KUSKOP Minister Steven Sim said. Putrajaya will instead back wage increases through measures such as wage subsidies under the Progressive Wage Policy.
