Manchester United confirms further £90m borrowing as total debt tops £1.1bn

Manchester United has confirmed it borrowed another £90m since June 30, taking the club's total debt above £1.1bn. The club made three drawdowns on its rolling credit facility — July 29, July 31 and August 28 — totalling £120m, before repaying £30m on September 21.
