Mynt, parent of GCash, prices IPO to raise about P53B, Reuters reports

Mynt, the parent company of GCash, has priced its initial public offering to raise about 53 billion pesos, Reuters reports. It plans to sell up to 8.03 billion shares, with total proceeds reaching roughly 60.9 billion pesos if the overallotment option for up to 1.2 billion additional shares is fully exercised.
