Mynt, parent of GCash, sets final IPO price at P6.60 a share, raising about P53B

Mynt, the parent company of GCash, has set the final price of its initial public offering at P6.60 per share, raising about 53 billion pesos, with total proceeds reaching roughly 60.9 billion pesos if the overallotment option for up to 1.2 billion additional shares is fully exercised. About 80% of the shares are early holders selling; the company itself receives roughly $170M, mostly for lending.
