NATO developing AI-and-drone "Theory of Victory" to repel Russian attack on eastern flank

NATO's top military commander, Gen. Alexus Grynkewich, is drafting a "Theory of Victory" for quickly defeating a potential Russian attack on NATO's eastern flank, combining traditional forces with low-cost drones, minimally crewed systems and AI-enabled capabilities. The plan is part of the Eastern Flank Deterrence Initiative.
