NATO military chief Dragone says hybrid attacks stay below Article 5 threshold, alliance ready on eastern flank

NATO Military Committee chief Giuseppe Cavo Dragone said hybrid activities against allies usually stay below the threshold that would trigger an automatic Article 5 response, while a direct attack would trigger it immediately.
