Navitas unveils 24 kW, 800V-to-12V GaNFast power board with Nvidia for MGX AI racks

Navitas Semiconductor unveiled a 24 kW, 800V-to-12V DC-DC GaNFast-powered power delivery board developed with Nvidia for its MGX ecosystem, converting 800V directly to 12V for next-generation AI racks. Navitas' CEO said the goal is to "bring power closer to the GPU" by eliminating a conversion step that would otherwise waste power.
