Nissan launches first US-built hybrid Rogue, weighs third shift at Tennessee plant

Nissan is launching its first US-built hybrid Rogue and is maxing out its Tennessee factory, eyeing a third production shift that could nearly double US annual output to about 1 million vehicles, CNBC reported. The hybrid Rogue is the centerpiece of Nissan's US comeback plan and a direct challenge to the Toyota RAV4.
