North Korea tested a new intermediate-range ballistic missile on Saturday, launching from the Wonsan area and flying over 700 km before landing in the Sea of Japan, with Kim Jong Un watching, according to KCNA and South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff. KCNA said the IRBM was equipped with AI-assisted terminal-phase guidance and a maneuvering reentry vehicle (MaRV). Kim Yo Jong said the missile "skips" and that nobody could keep up with it.
