Novak says fuel market significantly better than two weeks ago; Russia-US diesel deal lets Russia boost exports to 3.5M tons a month

Russian Deputy PM Alexander Novak says the situation on Russia's fuel market is significantly better now than two weeks ago, and that the Russia-US diesel deal gives Russia the opportunity to increase production and refining. Novak says Russian and US companies are discussing diesel supply contracts, and Russia will be able to boost diesel fuel exports to 3.5 million metric tons per month by the end of the year.
