NSE shares debut at 0.84% premium, then rise 5% as it becomes India's 10th most valued firm
NSE shares listed on September 24 at a 0.84% premium to the IPO price, a muted debut after the offering was subscribed 5.7 times and drew about $10bn in bids, then extended gains to as much as 5% over the issue price, adding about Rs 22,000 crore in market cap and making NSE India's 10th most valued firm. The shares trade on both the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India and the BSE.
