OpenAI brief in Apple lawsuit says leaked files include unreleased device images, engineering and supplier data

In a brief in Apple's trade-secrets lawsuit against OpenAI, OpenAI says a former employee took more than 100 confidential files before leaving to join Apple, including detailed unreleased device images, engineering data, supplier information and manufacturing data. OpenAI says Apple has not assured it is not in possession of and has not used OpenAI confidential data.
