Oura targets up to $15.62 billion valuation in US IPO, seeking $2.2 billion

Smart ring maker Oura is seeking to raise up to $2.2 billion in a US IPO, pricing 50 million shares at $40-$44, which would value the Finnish health-tech company at roughly $15.62 billion. Eli Lilly and Dragoneer may buy up to $400 million of the offering.
