Paramount Skydance names Mattel CEO Ynon Kreiz co-CEO; Roger Lynch to succeed him at Mattel

Paramount Skydance named Mattel CEO Ynon Kreiz as co-CEO of the combined company with Warner Bros. Discovery, effective at the closing of the $110 billion combination. Kreiz steps down at Mattel on Oct. 2 and joins Paramount Oct. 5; Mattel named former Condé Nast CEO Roger Lynch as its new CEO.
