PGR opposes opening investigation into Mendonça sought by Moraes

Brazil's Attorney General's Office (PGR) has come out against opening an investigation into STF Justice André Mendonça, requested by Justice Alexandre de Moraes. The PGR said that although Mendonça's actions as rapporteur in the Master and INSS cases may be subject to criticism, they do not warrant investigation.
