Pi Network schedules Protocol 28 mainnet activation for October 16

Pi Network is preparing Protocol 28 with mainnet activation planned for October 16, following a node migration expected by October 13. Pi Testnet has already upgraded to Protocol 28 after the successful Protocol 27 mainnet upgrade; Protocol 28 improves handling of delays in transaction data and lets developers upgrade groups of smart contracts at once, per CoinTribune and Pi Network.
