Poland's September CPI inflation rises to 4.0% year-on-year, above NBP's upper target

Poland's consumer price inflation came in at 4.0% year-on-year in September, breaching the upper end of the National Bank of Poland's target. Fuel prices drove the increase, rising more than 36% year-on-year.
