Psyence Biomedical unit TIRC signed a binding term sheet with Psyence Labs for exclusive US rights to its pharmaceutical-grade ibogaine, covering manufacturing know-how, supply and distribution. TIRC would owe up to about $1.3M in milestones for the first drug.
