Pump.fun replaces Cashback Mode with Holder Rewards fee sharing

Pump.fun replaced its Cashback Mode with a Holder Rewards program, under which holders with $20 or more in a token automatically receive a pro rata share of trading fees several times per hour, and existing Cashback and Creator Fee tokens can apply to switch. The change was widely characterized as an admission that Cashback was not working as intended.
