PyroGenesis completes acquisition of 50% stake in HPQ Silica Polvere, holder of fumed silica reactor technology

PyroGenesis has completed its acquisition of a 50% ownership interest in HPQ Silica Polvere Inc., the rights-holder of the fumed silica reactor technology, closing a 50/50 ownership structure with HPQ Silicon. The reactor converts raw quartz into fumed silica without toxic chemicals, and four commercial discussions are under way.
