Qatar amasses empty LNG tankers in Gulf, sign of potential export boost through Strait of Hormuz
Qatar has amassed a fleet of empty LNG tankers in the Persian Gulf, a sign one of the world's biggest exporters may be preparing to boost shipments through the Strait of Hormuz.
