Rapport Therapeutics announced topline results from its Phase 2 trial of RAP-219 in adults with acute bipolar mania met the primary endpoint. Mania scores improved 15.4 points with RAP-219 vs 12.3 with placebo at Week 3, a 3.1-point difference (p=0.045).
