REGENXBIO announces $39M settlement with Sarepta resolving all Elevidys patent litigation

REGENXBIO announced a $39 million settlement with Sarepta Therapeutics that resolves all patent litigation over Elevidys, Sarepta's gene therapy for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. All ongoing litigation over the patents-in-suit will be terminated with prejudice, and REGENXBIO agreed not to sue Sarepta or its affiliates over existing Elevidys or AAVrh74-based capsids.
