Robinhood and AMC clash publicly over tokenized stock issuance consent
Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev and AMC CEO Adam Aron publicly disputed whether issuers must consent before their shares are tokenized, with Robinhood pushing a 1:1 tokenized-stock model and AMC objecting.
