Romania's 10 banks get ROBOR fine reasoning; BT, Raiffeisen and UniCredit to contest 3.73bn lei penalties

Romania's ten banks have received the Competition Council's reasoning for fines totalling 3.73 billion lei in the ROBOR case, and have 60 days to propose a change to the benchmark. Banca Transilvania, Raiffeisen and UniCredit say they will contest the sanctions.
