Rosneft starts commercial crude exports from Vostok Oil in the Arctic, Reuters reports

Rosneft has begun commercial crude exports from the Vostok Oil project in Russia's Arctic, with initial volumes of about 150,000 b/d loaded from the new Bukhta Sever terminal via ice-class tankers, Reuters reports. Capacity is planned to reach 600,000 b/d by late 2027, against an original design of up to 2 million b/d.
