Russia mulls ban on LPG exports by non-producers through end of 2026

Russia is considering a ban on LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) exports by non-producers through the end of 2026 to boost domestic propane and butane supplies, according to the Interfax news agency. The proposal targets traders, oil depots and small independent refineries.
