Russia's central bank says citizens will be notified of new loans via Gosuslugi from 1 October

The Bank of Russia says that from 1 October Russian citizens will be notified about newly issued loans through the Gosuslugi state services portal, a measure aimed at curbing lending to borrowers who are unaware of loans taken out in their name.
