Russia sanctions bill stalled in House until after November election
A Russia sanctions bill that passed the Senate last month is likely stalled until after the November election amid House concerns it would expand Trump's tariff powers and raise oil prices. The House has left and is out until election day, further delaying the legislation.

Hate to break it to ya' but, it isn't leaving the Senate, there won't be a vote on the 15th, it's a cloture vote anyway so that wasn't even scheduled and immediately after, they are going on vacation, again. and... The house already left. Whatever is "on deck" is delayed, again.
