Samsung reportedly to make NVHBM base die on TSMC's 3nm at Nvidia's request

According to Korean media reports, Samsung Electronics has decided to manufacture the NVHBM base die using TSMC's 3nm process at Nvidia's request. Samsung has not ruled out using its own foundry and is also validating whether it can produce the base die in-house.
