Saudi Arabia cuts November Arab Light price to Asia by $3/bbl to six-year low

Saudi Arabia unexpectedly set November Arab Light for Asian buyers at $5 a barrel below the Oman-Dubai average, down $3 month-on-month and the widest discount since June 2020, a six-year low. A $3 increase had been expected.
